Sigma has been helping organisations to work together for over 25 years. We are uniquely experienced in the practicalities of getting the best from collaborative working arrangements. We use our SCRIA Framework® to build collaborative relationships and implement the principles of ISO44001.
Our approach applies to working with customers, peers, suppliers or in multi-party alliances.
In forming a new relationship we first need to diagnosing each party's propensity to partner and facilitate the vision and joint principles for working together. We might need to structure and form joint management teams and coach the leadership and their teams in how to work collaboratively.
We need to develop the right behaviours and develop the practicalities of how the parties are going to work together. This will usually be documented in a JSCW or RMP.
Collaboration is an enabler for success in many projects. Click here to see an overview on the results of our study with Lockheed Martin that shows how collaboration underpins project success.
If the parties want to formalise their collaborative relationship more formally, they may choose to move to accreditation against ISO44001. We support them through this journey, from initial diagnostic and gap analysis through to certification.
We customise our approach and pride ourselves on being able to deliver exactly what our customers need. We always use our experience and best practice, but don't just deliver what the text book says.
